Discussions provide at least three views of any legislation before Congress.
Dissected by the CTN staff all legislation is broken down into the main aspects of the bill.
First we break it down into english. And identify the cost. We also identify other parts of the bill often call "pork", and identify those costs.
Second we give at least 2 opposing views [pro and con] regarding the bill.
Third authoring members of Congress can explain how the legislation benefits citizens. Possibly explaining why there aren't enough votes on the merits of the bill and they need to include "pork" to gain passage.
